Bake along with your furry best friend

Our Wagg Great British Bakes Collection is back (with two new tasty additions!), and this time, we’re inviting you to join the fun in the kitchen. Your dog’s got their own fancy bakes now, so why not bake the human versions at home?

Because honestly…Why should humans have all the fun?

Meet the Treats

We’ve rolled up our sleeves and whisked up two new flavours to join our fan favourites - all designed to get tails wagging and tongues (human and canine) drooling.

Pumpkin Pie (NEW!)

Autumn walks just got tastier. Our Pumpkin Pie dog treats are full of warm, earthy flavour that’ll make your pup sit, stay and possibly drool.

Make the human version:
Try this easy classic pumpkin pie recipe from BBC Good Food. Made with real pumpkin and fragrant spices, it’s cosy in pie form.

Cherry Bakewell (NEW!)

This British favourite is now a tail-wagger. Sweet dog-friendly cherry, cranberry and apple flavour - a combo that’ll have your dog eyeing the biscuit tin suspiciously.

Make the human version:
Bake along with these cherry bakewell tarts via BBC Food – they’re just the right mix of sweet, jammy and retro.

Carrot Cake (The fans' favourite!)

Naturally sweet and packed with goodness. It’s the treat that proves dogs have surprisingly sophisticated taste buds.

Make the human version:
Go for this moist and spiced classic carrot cake by Nigella Lawson. Optional cream cheese icing… but highly recommended.

Vanilla Cheesecake

Rich, creamy and oh-so-indulgent. The perfect snack for pups who like to lounge luxuriously while you eat pudding next to them.

Make the human version:
This no-bake vanilla cheesecake by Jane’s Patisserie is dreamy, easy, and doesn’t even require an oven.

Bake Together. Bond Harder.

Here’s how to make it a moment, not just a bake:

  • Make it a date: Pop on a playlist, clear the counters, and invite your furry sous-chef to the kitchen.

  • Twin your treats: Your pup gets their Wagg snack, you get your homemade version, and everyone wins.

  • Pup-safe extras: Feeling adventurous? Try some dog-friendly bakes at home too - think banana, oat, and xylitol-free peanut butter (but steer clear of chocolate and raisins).

Let’s See Your Bakes!

We’re obsessed with your home bakes and your pups living their best foodie lives. Tag your masterpieces using #WaggBakes and show us what’s cooking. You might just make it on our page.

So go on, roll up those sleeves, break out the mixing bowl, and bake something brilliant. Fun is better when it’s shared. Especially with your dog.
