Promotional Terms and Conditions

Campaign Name: Wagg Chews: NPD
Promotional Period: 14th - 18th August

1. Organiser
This promotion is operated by Wagg, a brand of Inspired Pet Nutrition, The Airfield, Dalton, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3HE (“we,” “our,” “us”).

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

• Employees of Wagg, its affiliates, or anyone directly connected with the organisation of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Winner Selection

• The competition will commence at 5:20pm on Thursday 14th August and end at 5pm on Monday 18th August

• A random generator will select one winner on Tuesday 19th August 2025.

• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at submission and announced on Wagg's social media channels.

• The winner will be tagged in the promotional post and asked to direct message the Wagg account.

• The winner must contact Wagg within 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not contact Wagg within 7 days, Wagg reserves the right to choose another winner.

4. Prize

• One prize is available across all channels. There is not a prize per channel.

• Prize is a Dogs Day Out Bundle containing the following:
  • Mobile Dog Gear Grey One Flap Week Away BackPack (with accessories) from Lords & Labaradors
  • An insulated water bottle from Chilly's
  • A dog towel from Dock & Bay
  • A matching owner towel from Dock & Bay
  • A selection of Wagg Chews & Treats

• Please note that the accessories are subject to change depending on availability.

• The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.

• Wagg reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value.

5. Entry

• To enter, the person must comment on the competition post on Facebook or Instagram with their guess of where we are first heading to on our road show. Only correct answers will be included in the drawing of the winner.

• One entry per person, per platform.

6. General Terms

• Wagg reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants who fail to comply with these terms or submit false or misleading information.

• Wagg reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• In entering the competition, entrants give permission for Wagg to use any imagery or quotes in marketing materials.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
