Waggvent Giveaway, December 2024

This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 or over. So that we are completely fair, employees of Inspired Pet Nutrition, and anyone else professionally connected to this Promotion, are not allowed to enter. 
You don’t have to buy anything to participate in this Promotion, but you need a valid Instagram or Facebook account and access to the internet.

Promotion Period: Participants must enter between 09:00 GMT on the 1st December 2023 and 08:59 GMT on the 25th December 2024. Each giveaway runs for 24 hours from the time of publishing on Instagram/Facebook, at which point a winner will be chosen for the previous day.
To enter, you must like the competition post, follow/like Wagg’s Instagram or Facebook profile, follow/like any competition partner’s Instagram or Facebook profile, and comment on the relating Instagram/Facebook post why they would like to win.
You may enter up to twenty-four (24) times during the Promotion Period, but you may only win one (1) Prize.  One entry allowed per day.
The Prize: One (1) winner will win on each day of the Promotion Period. Prizes are subject to change and vary each day. Prizes include, but are not limited to:

The winners will be selected from a random draw, carried out by an independent party, within seven (7) working days of the end of each Promotion Period. 
The winner will be contacted via a reply to the winning comment within five (5) working days of the draw. The winner must share their address with Wagg via Facebook or Instagram DM to claim the Prize within three (3) working days. If the winner does not contact Wagg, the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner. A total of three (3) reserves will be contacted. In the event that no reserve responds to communications, we at Wagg reserve the right to not award the Prize. 
We cannot accept any entries that we believe:

Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of Wagg or any of its partners; 

Defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies including, but not limited to, Wagg (including its partners); and/or 

Promotes any political agenda. 

Please allow up to forty (40) days from the date of confirmation of delivery details for delivery of your Prize. 
The Prize cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for something else or a cash or other alternative. 
 If, for reasons out of our control, the Prize is no longer available, you will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value than the Prize. 
Data Privacy: Your personal data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the purposes of and to fulfil this Promotion. 
Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. We will not accept cheating in any form, including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded. 
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to Wagg and not to Instagram or Facebook. 
If you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or Prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) Wagg won’t be liable for this. 
If this Promotion can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors, or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security, or fairness of this Promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We also reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion. 
By entering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. 
If this Promotion is tampered with in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure within the control of Wagg or its agencies, Wagg and its agencies will not be responsible for the Promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry. 
In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final. 
The winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. 
If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter will use your name to announce the winners of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. 
The winner’s name may be published on the Wagg’s Facebook and Instagram page / story within three (3) working days of winner acceptance. 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
