1. Open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees and families of the promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Only one prize can be won per named entry per competition.
3. The competition commences at 09:00 on 25th September 2024 and finishes at 23:59 on 9th October 2024.
4. To enter, users must follow either @waggfood on Facebook or @waggpetfood on Instagram, and @doggybakingco on Facebook or Instagram, then like and comment on the relevant promotional post with why they'd love to win the prize.
5. The pictures and comments sent in response to any competition post may be used for publicity and internal purposes. To that extent, by entering the competition, all entrants agree to grant a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to the Promoter and their agents to use the answers submitted in any media. Entrants also waive any moral rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. By entering this competition the winner assigns to the promoter the copyright and all intellectual property rights in their entry which includes all text elements submitted.
6. 2 winners will receive 1 x Doggy Baking Co Trio Doggy Baking Pouches and 1 x Doggy Baking Co Personalise it Yourself Biscuit Kit, 1 x case of Wagg Carrot Cake Treats (7 packs) and 1 x case of Wagg Vanilla Cheese Cake Treats (7 packs).
7. The prize is as stated and no other cash alternative is available.
8. The winner will be contacted via DM on Instagram, and will be contacted via comment on their entry on Facebook by @waggpetfood. If you do not claim your prize within 7 days we reserve the right to randomly select another winner and your prize will no longer be available.
9. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, indecent or late entries will not be accepted. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any internet service interruptions or electronic fault. There is no limit to the number of entries a user may submit.
10. The winner will be selected by a random generator.
11. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend any featured promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
12. Entrant's data will be collected via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Direct Message and prizes are sent directly to the address provided after the competition close date.

14. Wagg Foods reserves the right to cancel the competition, or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior approval.
